P&P/Cancellation/Refund

For all orders below £50.00 we have a one off charge of £3.50 incl. of VAT. For orders greater than £50.00 there is no P&P charge and they are dispatched free. Large consignments are sent by Parcel Force or our courier UK Mail. Please allow 3-5 days for receipt.

All our products are fully guaranteed for quality and are insured against damage in transit. In the unlikely event of not being totally satisfied with the quality of our product and/or if you receive goods damaged in transit, please contact us in the first instance and request an MR number, prior to returning the goods for a full refund or replacement.
