Why do some people look and act ten years younger than they are? What are the secrets that keep them living longer, happier, healthier, and looking good while they do it? Even though they come from different countries, races, religions and backgrounds, the super-young show a surprising similarity of personality traits and personal habits. The first is what I like to call (1) quantum thinking. The super-young have the ability to create their own reality. They realize that positive attitude is the key to enjoying life, no matter how old you are! Second, the human vehicle depends on (2) proper nutrition in order to fuel a dynamic life-style. Lots of pure water, high-quality protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, antioxidants, such as PRO-N-50+, and enzymatically-alive whole foods like GREENS+®, all encourage health, strength and beauty from the inside out.
