IRONMAN'S LONG RANGE GOAL IS GOOD HEALTH AT 100 YEARS OLD
In 1999, at the age of 70, Dean Davis finished the Ironman World Triathlon Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, with time to spare. He finished the 2.5 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and the 26.2 mile run in 15 hours, finishing second in the 70-74 age group.
Dean is looking forward to competing in the Ironman Triathlon Championship in the year 2003. He adheres to the recommended training goals of 7 miles swimming per week, 232 miles biking per week and 48 miles of running per week.
In addition to vigorous physical training, Dean also pays strict attention to his diet. He supplements with GREENS+® in the morning and PROTEIN GREENS+™ in the mid-afternoon. A Strong advocate of GREENS+®, Dean encourages everyone to get on the product saying, "Look at me, I'm 72 years old! You could be this active and feel this good, too. What are you waiting for? GREENS+® energizes you and you can just keep going, and going, and going at your own intensity or at mine."

We thank Dean for his commitment to helping others achieve better health through GREENS+®, and we wish him "Godspeed" in the 2003 Ironman. |
